Privacy Policy

Overview

Milkybees apps are designed with privacy as a default. In many cases, app features work without accounts and without personal data collection.

Website analytics

Milkybees uses restricted, cookieless Google Analytics to produce aggregate statistics about website visits, referring sites and campaign links. Advertising features, persistent analytics identifiers and cross-site profiling are disabled. You can read the details and turn measurement off on the Cookie and Analytics Policy page.

Data collection

If a Milkybees app collects personal data, that collection should be described in the app's App Store privacy information and reflected on its app page where relevant.

• Crash reports or diagnostics may be used when enabled by the platform.
• Analytics may be used only where disclosed for the specific app.
• Contact information is received only when you choose to email Milkybees.

Letters & Boxes

The App Store listing indicates that Letters & Boxes does not collect data.

Wheel Designer

Refer to the current App Store privacy information for Wheel Designer alongside this policy.

Fatefold

Fatefold is in development. Reading history, private notes and core reading content are stored locally, and the core experience does not require an account. Reminder notifications are scheduled on the device. App-side telemetry is designed to exclude card identity, reading text, searches, notes and other user content; final App Store privacy information will be published before release.

Nines

Nines is not publicly released yet. Puzzle progress, trial state, settings and game results are stored locally. StoreKit, advertising and privacy-safe service telemetry may require a network connection, but played words and other puzzle content are not intended for telemetry. Final App Store privacy information will be published before release.

Quiz Buzzer

Quiz Buzzer is in development. Player display names and round state are shared with nearby devices during a local session, while session history remains on the device. Core room play uses local peer networking rather than a cloud account service. Final App Store privacy information will be published before release.

High Rise

High Rise is in development. Core gameplay and career progression are stored locally and do not require an account. No customer-facing cloud feature is established in the current product.

DigiFridge

DigiFridge is in development and does not require an account. Inventory, notes and photos stay on the device. Barcode numbers and product-search words are sent to Open Food Facts when lookup is used, and provider product images load over the network. Food names, barcodes, dates, quantities, prices, photos, notes, searches, household contents and recipe contents are excluded from Milkybees telemetry. Saved inventory remains usable offline.

Topple

Topple is a concept with no working app. Local solo play is the intended first direction, but no runtime privacy or network behaviour should be treated as implemented.

Back Out or Black Out

Back Out or Black Out is a concept with no working app. Its specification proposes local, disposable player and session data, no account for normal play and offline core sessions; these are product decisions, not verified runtime behaviour.

ProofSnap

ProofSnap is in development. Its App Store privacy information will be published before release.

Data sharing

Milkybees does not sell personal data. Any service providers used by a specific app will be disclosed in its App Store privacy information and this policy where relevant.
